| If you want to spin it into a conspiracy, it's a government-funded program to subconsciously train our youth to become zealots for the government, killing those who would want to "suppress" our freedom.
If you want to be realistic, it's just propaganda. It's done all the time with our youth and other country's youth. 1930's, it was common to see anti-Jewish propaganda directed towards German children, along with the Hitler Youth. On our side, propaganda against the Germans were used with our children.
