| haven't got it yet....
Looks great... but i'm hearing reports of only 10 hrs of gameplay for sp + mp combined (with MP only about 2.5-3 hours)
think I might just rent _________________ |

| that is a lie, due to the steam counter being retarded
SP took me 8 hours
Co-op is amazing, and I am still going. There is a hub world much like Mario 64 for infinite updates....as well as MODDING (well, only on PC to start, I heard rumors they might take some of the best modded maps to consoles....sucks if you will have to pay for them)
The SP really was one of the best gaming experiences of my life, the level of polish is amazing, and the writing and gameplay is top notch!
Co-op is my favorite though, the puzzles in co-op get....hard!! it is great!
EDIT: that is also like saying "I am not going to buy and enjoy this fine wine because it will be gone in a few hours"
It really is an amazing experience from top to bottom....however on console without modding, and less valve support (PC TF2 gets tons of free updates...consoles get nothing) I probably would rent it as well.... _________________ -The Establishment- |

| Still didn't pick it up. I want to see first why the PS3 is the superior version. Definately going to get it since this is the game for me and my wife. |

That could very likely be a kid I know... he beat it the same night he got it and showed up to school yesterday too. |

| yah, I can't justify dropping $60 on a game I'll beat in a day... or maybe 2 if I break it up.
I might get PC..... if there will be modding and user made puzzles on it.
not sure if I can run it though :-\
Need to run a crack version to test it on my system... I really wish every PC game had a demo... only way to really know how it will work on your box _________________ |

Definitely, that's how I felt too. Nice change of pace from all the FPS and action shit the industry has been clogged with.
I still need to play Portal 1 also so maybe I'll get the Orange Box._________________ |

| I just picked this up myself too...
actually... I had the hacked PC version, but it would randomly crash... and my FPS is kinda low not having dedi gfx so I decided to get it for 360.
The taunting commentary is hilarious. So far haven't found a puzzle that took more than a minute to figure out... but I've only played the first hour so kinda expected.
And Aly...... seriously... what is the big deal with that "game"? I mean seriously... I thought you had a gf....

| I play it for the story, Ronin. It's hardly what I'd call fap material, the scenes are too short, the dude wears a condom in half of them, there are no voice actors and no cumshots. It's a well written story, it's like reading a good book.
Now go read. |
